Cards are printed and dispatched from Pennsylvania Monday to Friday.

Preferred delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Orders of 1–4 cards use USPS First Class; 5 or more use USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority is available at checkout and normally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

The delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

E-cards are sent by email immediately or at the scheduled time.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, or you are otherwise unhappy with it, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any useful details.

We will review the issue and confirm the right solution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cards and multipacks are made to order, so returns because you changed your mind are not accepted. Delivered E-cards are not eligible for refunds due to a change of mind. Delivered Digital copies are not eligible for refunds due to a change of mind.

If an item is faulty or not as described, we will make it right.

We start work quickly, so changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after payment. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.
